Sandy Hughes, owner and principal consultant, has over 20 years Human Resources, Organization Development, and training experience with Fortune 500 companies.  She has 15 years experience with Total Quality and Six Sigma and received certification as the first Human Resources Six Sigma Black Belt while at Honeywell.  She is also a highly skilled facilitator and has done much work with organizationally and culturally diverse groups.

Sandy has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Education and a Masters of Science Degree in Human Resources Management.  She is certified as a trainer for AchieveGlobal, Stephen Covey, and Ken Blanchard programs. Sandy is adjunct faculty at Tulane University's School of Continuing Studies.  She is currently a Board Member of the Northshore Region Human Resource Association (SHRM), on the Board of Directors for the St. Tammany West Chamber of Commerce, and is the Chairperson of the Chamber's Small Business Advisory Council.

Sandy has designed and facilitated workshops on Visioning, Strategic Planning, Accelerating Change, Communications, Leadership Skills, Team Facilitation, Total Quality, and Six Sigma. Most recently, she has spoken on:

"Management of Change" for - Citibank's 2007 Commercial Cards Client Conference; Tulane University's School of Continuing Studies, Professional Development Institute; and the Louisiana State Office of Family Services, Managers' Conference.

"Employee Engagement" for the 2007 Northshore Human Resources Association Annual Forum

She has also developed and delivered a seminar on "Employee Performance Management" for the Louisiana Association of Non-Profit Organizations (LANO) and "How to Succeed in Business" for the St. Tammany West Chamber of Commerce.
